Vale Ways.
Members of the Gardening club are learning to help the wider community by looking after our local footpath with the Adopt a Footpath Scheme run by Vale Ways. This is our third year on the project and we enjoy making our local area better. This project is now linked to Keep Wales Tidy.

Current Projects.
This term we have planted 30 new hedgerow plants around our school grounds- they are only tiny at the moment- You may have noticed the pretty yellow ribbon tied to them.
We have also been doing a lot of weeding and preperation for the winter months.
The whole school plant a daffodil scheme for Marie Curie will hopefully make spring a really exciting time of the year.
This spring we are hoping to start on our wildflower meadow- watch this space!
